Hi! I’m Michelle… I’m a wife, doggy-mama, and proudly less-than-perfect midwesterner transplanted to northern Georgia. Sip Dash Savor is my true baby, and started out as an idea many years ago. It has since become reality & grown. As a child in Iowa, I spent a lot of time with my grandparents. They both taught me lots of things, but one of the lessons that have always been most powerful to me was a mantra my grandpa used to say.
” Michelle, Never stop learning. The Day you go through life without learning something new, ya might as well be dead.”
Now, this came from a man who, although never having gone to high school or college, was a respected veteran, businessman, and entrepreneur. Even after he retired, any time I went “home again” and mentioned that I was Orval’s grand-daughter, I was met with stories of how this man had touched their lives in one positive way or another. When grandpa passed away, I was inspired to really give Sip Dash Savor all my effort.
Sip Dash Savor is here to help keep all the lessons of my youth alive and to “pay it forward” to those who need it. I get it… in today’s world, it’s easy to feel a little lost in the shuffle. I’m creating a living, breathing, and an ever-evolving site devoted to keeping the spirit of my grandpa alive by…
Developing new, delicious ways of preparing classic family recipes that your family will love over In The Kitchen,
Taking time for YOU by caring for your hair, skin, nails, and everything else you can think of with The Body Shop At Home,
Making your home, vehicle, and everything in between smell amazing with all things Scentsy,
Sharing the old-fashioned quality and goodness of Watkins products,
And because life is more than just what happens in the kitchen, I decided to focus a bit on “Life & Such” to discuss various topics like motivation/inspiration, reviews/honest takes on different products, being a modern-day entrepreneur (focusing on virtual assistant and social media manager topics), and my general musings on life.
Oh, and all the birds & birdhouses you see? Well, grandpa & grandma always had several birdhouses in their backyard. As long as I can remember, they also had a wall clock that chirped different bird calls on the hour. (Grandma still has that clock in her retirement home apartment…). In a way, we’re all a bit like little birds… Sip Dash Savor gives you a little place to come home to… just like the birdhouse in my logo.

Thanks for stopping by! Lookin’ forward to seeing ya next time! Be sure to follow me on all my Social Media for more fun!
